Attorney Jerry Carbo has over twenty-five years of legal experience. Heearned his JD from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1997. He also has a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University, a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations, and PhD in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell's ILR school. In addition to his work as an attorney, Dr. Carbo has worked as tax accountant for a major accounting firm, and the ER manager for a Fortune 50 Company, and the HR Manager for the joint venture of another major corporation. He has been a consultant for numerous labor unions and for 25 years has been a professor.

Dr. Carbo has been helping to protect workers' rights his entire career. He has trained thousands of workers on their rights under the ADA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The ADEA, the FMLA, and the NLRA. Dr. Carbo has consulted with numerous labor unions on how to better protect their members' rights. Dr. Carbo has represented workers in arbitrations, state human rights commission processes, the EEOC, and in litigation. He was one of 17 national experts who served on the EEOC Select Task Force for the study of workplace harassment. He has also published numerous articles on understanding, preventing, detecting, and eliminating workplace harassment and bullying and has testified in front of several state legislatures on the need for anti-bullying legislation.
